You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Accompanied by all accessories and original packaging

 

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

  • You received a different product than what you ordered

  • The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect

  • The product does not match its description on our website

 

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The original outer or inner packaging has been opened or tampered with

  • The product has been used, assembled, or disassembled

  • The product was custom-made or personalized

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery

  2. Send a clear photo of the product along with your reason for the return or exchange

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

 

5. Who Covers Shipping Costs?

  • We cover all shipping costs if the issue is on our end — damaged or incorrect items

  • The customer covers shipping costs (both ways) in all other cases

 

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the case has been reviewed and approved. You may choose to receive your refund via:

  • Bank transfer

  • InstaPay

  • Any electronic wallet of your choice
